Justin S. Hayward is a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore area. He graduated from Brookdale Community College in 2006. He is married to Kyra Hayward and they have 2 children, Jayden and Tamara Hayward. Justin is a faithful member of Good Hope Baptist Church where Reverend David Harrington is Pastor.
