Katherine Lee Clay                              

Katherine was born on May 29, 1951 to Mary  Rena Peyton and Thurston Willis Clay and went home on March 16, 2022. She will reunite with her brothers  and sisters Randolph, Melvin, Thurston Jr., Irvin, Joyce,  Mary, and Emma.                      

She had a personality that was warm,  inviting, compassionate, and sometimes stubborn. She  was a loving and very protective parent to her two sons,  Michael and Kevin and her only Grandchild, Gabrielle. If  you knew her then you knew that her boys and  grandchild were her pride and joy often putting them  on pedestals because of the men they have become.  Her sons will tell you that her sacrifices in their earlier  years are why they are who they are now.              

Mom we don’t say it often but we wouldn’t  change one thing about our childhood and will continue  to make you proud. We love you very much and you  will be missed but never forgotten.
